1. Remove aromatic herbal pack from aluminum foil bag and put in microwave oven for 1 minute at maximum heat.
2. Place the hot aromatic herbal pack on the desired part of the body for example on shoulder, neck, knee, thigh etc. In case it is too hot, place cloth or towel between the hot pack and the body.
3. Repeat this process as many as desired.
4. To preserve longer life time, put the pack back in the aluminum foil zipper bag after cool down.
For cool pack
1 Keep in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
2. Place the cold aromatic herbal pack on the part of the body that you desire.
